J'en ai rêvé

everything in a dream.
"a squirrel!"
:)

isn't it great when you have an essay due thursday, newsletter due monday, artwork due yesterday, work in 4 hours but you're plotting where Mrs Dalloway walked through Central London in 1923 and dreaming to Pomplamoose videos?

so that you'll know that a sausage macmuffin can only be eaten this way,
stationery must face the same way,
schubert, tchaikovsky and verdi are great but so are funeral for a friend and lady gaga,
$400 is too much for a holiday but too little for a stack of tantalizing books,
and that i wake up crying when i have nightmares of myriad dirty toilets that never get cleaned.
so that you know it's okay to never understand; just simply know.

and i still believe of The Winter's Tale
Love is a special frame of mind that straddles the thin line of pain and pleasure, concern and paranoia, reason and irrationality, renewal and death. We see that a tragedy must first happen or be embedded in our minds, in the speeches and declarations of love before we can truly love in laughter and believe the very much impossible. If we open our minds to wondrous possibilities and lose ourselves in the pleasure of that madness, as we have been urged, we will see that the enduring theme is not the possibility of the miracle but that love, with its limits, can transcend and transform tragedy to comedy, funeral to wedding and stone to flesh.

one for the road,
